Can I order and take courses and exams online?
Yes. This gives you the convenience of accessing your account from any computer and maintains a history of courses you have completed. If can choose to print your course and exam or just the exam and answer the questions on paper. Then log back into your account and transfer the answers you have on paper to the computer for quick grading. Or you can read the course and take the exam all online. Either way, you will receive an immediate score and access to your certificate for printing on any machine and at any time. A history of your course orders and viewing/printing of certificates are always available by logging into your account.
Can I order and take courses and exams by mail?
Yes. All of our courses can be taken either by mail or online. When you are placing your order for online courses, you simply select the Online Only option under Online or Shipping Options. When you are placing your order for mailing courses, you select any of the other mailing options other than Online Only under Online or Shipping Options.
I placed an order to take my courses online, what now?
Once your order is approved, a confirmation screen will be displayed with your order number. Remember to print this screen for your records.
NEW CLIENTS, once your order is complete, to access your courses, please log into your account by clicking on the Login tab at the top right corner of your screen. Enter your email address and the password you created when you placed your order. Once you are logged in, you can refresh your screen to display your courses by clicking on My Courses at the top right corner of your screen, which is located beneath your displayed email address.
EXISTING CLIENTS, please log into your account before ordering. Once your order is complete, to access your courses simply click on My Courses at the top right corner of your screen, which is located beneath your displayed email address. This will refresh your list of purchased courses which will appear under Online Courses to Complete. You will also see a history of your completed courses and have access to all of your prior certificates.
I have not received an email with my password?
You do not need to wait for an email because you created your login password when you placed your order. If you forgot this password, you can reset it to a default password, which will be emailed to you. Just click on the "Login" tab in the upper right corner of your screen, then look for the link next to "Forgot your password?". Please check both your regular and spam (bulk) mail folders. If you have not received an email from us within twenty minutes, please add our email address, support@dynamicdentaled.com, to your address book, then go to "Login" and click on "Forget Your Password" to regenerate another password to be sent to your email address.
Can I print a course and exam online?
Yes. Once you have logged into your account, click on "Take Now!" to the right of a course under the Course & Exam column. There will be two print buttons: Print Course/Exam and Print Exam Only. Once you complete an exam, you can no longer print it. But, you still are able to print and view a course after you have completed its exam.
How many questions are on the exams?
All of our exams consist of 10 True or False questions. For online exams, we do not store partially completed exams. Be sure to print a copy of the exam and answer the questions on paper, then transfer them back to the computer when you are ready for them to be graded.
Do I have to complete online exam questions all at once?
No. The course and exam are always available until you submit the exam for grading. If you partially complete an exam, write your answers on a piece of paper or print the exam first. We do not store partially completed exams.
Can I save some of my exams for my next renewal cycle?
Yes. You can save unused exams for your next renewal cycle, either online or booklet form. An exam will be posted to your current renewal cycle once it has been graded. Ungraded exams can be used for your next renewal cycle. Note, any unused exams will be invalid after 4 years from purchase date and will no longer be available.
How do I return my completed exams for grading?
Your exams can be returned to us by mail or email. Our mailing address is located at the top of each exam. Our email address is support@dynamicdentaled.com. This information can also be found on our website under the Contact Us tab.
How long does it take to receive my exam completion notification?
That depends on how we receive your exam. Online is quickest with immediate grading and certificate generation and printing. Fax is 1 to 2 business days and mail can be up to 10 business days.
How do I know if I passed my exam?
If you take your exams online, you will know immediately if you passed. If you faxed or mailed your exams, we will send you a notification of completion for the courses you passed. You will also receive a letter listing any exams which did not receive a passing grade of 70% or better.
What if I fail my exam?
If you take your exams online, you will be able to retake them until you pass them, with no additional charge. If you faxed or mailed your exams, we will mail you a blank test for 1 retake of each course you ordered and did not pass, at no charge. More than 1 retake will incur a nominal administration fee.
Do you report exam completion results to CE Broker?
Yes. We submit exam completion results to CE Broker for FLORIDA LICENSES ONLY at the beginning of each calendar month for exams completed the prior month. If a Florida licensee would like to self-report their results, you can register for Basic service at https://cebroker.com/fl/plans
For Florida licenses, when an exam is completed on our website, you will be prompted to verify your name, license type and license number. At this point you must also be sure to click 'Yes' so we will know to report the results to CE Broker. You can then continue to view and print your certificate. Failing to continue past the name, licence type and license number verification screen, after the completion of an exam, will result in your exam not being identified to be reported to CE Broker. CE Broker allows us up to 30 days to report your results, if this is not quick enough for you, you can self-report completed exams to CE Broker directly by going to their website at https://cebroker.com/fl/plans and register for their Basic service.
