For ONLINE orders, you have access to your courses 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You can print the course and/or exam or just read them both online. When you are ready, take the exam online and receive immediate grading and access to your verification of course participation, from any computer. You simply login using the email address and password you provided during your order.
For MAIL orders, our courses are created on laser printers for the best quality text and ease of reading. Exams are graded within 3 days of receipt in our office. Please allow time for ordering, shipping, holiday mail, grading, mailing your certificate, and mailing your license application to your state.
Refund Policy: If you feel you will be unable to use your courses, contact us within 30 days of purchase, at 888.439.5632 or support@dynamicdentaled.com, for a refund (less S/H) on all original, undamaged and unused educational material. Once we have received these materials, we will issue a refund check to the address on file.

ADA CERP is a service of the American Dental Association to assist dental professionals in identifying quality providers of continuing dental education. ADA CERP does not approve or endorse individual courses or instructors nor does it imply acceptance of credit hours by boards of dentistry.
